All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit for change of mind or customer preference.

Please carefully review your order, including the product, size, colour, quantity, and shipping information, before completing your purchase.

No Refunds or Returns

Once an order has been placed, it is considered final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Ordering the wrong size

• Ordering the wrong colour or product

• Deciding that you no longer want the item

• The item not fitting as expected

• Personal preference regarding the appearance, fit, or style of the item

• Failure to review product information before purchasing

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

• Delays caused by customs, postal services, or other circumstances outside our control

Because our products are ready-made and orders are processed for shipment, we cannot accept returns simply because a customer has changed their mind.

Please Choose Your Size Carefully

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order. Please carefully review the sizing information provided on the product listing.

We are not responsible for sizing decisions made by the customer.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

All orders are checked before dispatch.

If you receive an item that is demonstrably faulty, damaged before delivery, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photographic evidence.

Where required by applicable consumer law, we will provide the appropriate remedy.

International Orders

The MAGA Onesies accepts international orders.

Customers are responsible for understanding any customs duties, import taxes, fees, or other charges that may apply in their country. These charges are outside our control and are not grounds for a refund.

Customers are also responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Consumer Rights

This policy does not exclude, restrict, or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under the laws applicable to your purchase.
